The fall had aggravated an existing back problem and left her unable to walk out.
With an NWAS crew on scene administering medical aid and pain relief, the team packaged the casualty in their vacuum mattress and stretcher.
Utilising a back up rope, they carried the patient up banking to the road and the waiting NWAS ambulance.
Said OMRT leader Rob Tortoiseshell: “We wish the casualty all the best for a speedy recovery.”
The team were involved for one hour and 35 minutes.
