Dedicated Bernie, from Hollinwood, started at Beulah back in 1992 when she took her youngest daughter.
Her daughter wouldn't settle initially, so Bernie stayed - and she has never left.
Bernie has seen many children and come and go over the years, and each one she treated with the love and care as if they were her own.
She is a well-known member of the community through pre-school and the Beulah church.
Bernie loves to cook and always make sure everyone is fed and happy.
A colleague said: "Bernie is part of the Beulah furniture and always has the giggle that she will have to be carried out.
"Here's too another 30 years service!"
