Competing as Team Suns, Oldham defeated Team Sting in the final at Belle Vue Sports Arena.
The five-a-side competition featured eight teams from across the UK competing for a total prize fund of £23,500.
Fire5 was created by former New Zealand international Maria Folau, a double Commonwealth Games gold medallist.
Matches lasted 21 minutes, with the format including power plays and opportunities for long-range shooting.
Oldham progressed through the group and knockout stages before beating Team Sting in the final.
The club also collected another prize when Alice McGeachy won the Last Blaze 60-metre sprint race, earning £1,000.
Oldham Netball Club Senior Head Coach Debbie Hallas said: “What a weekend. We really didn't know what to expect from this new format, but it delivered everything it promised. The energy, intensity and excitement were incredible from start to finish.
“This was a young team that grew in confidence with every match. They adapted quickly, embraced new tactics and showed tremendous character throughout the tournament. I couldn't be prouder of them.
“The prize money is phenomenal and something rarely seen in netball. It will help fund our pre-season trip to Northern Ireland next week and support the team throughout the upcoming season. It's a fantastic reward for all their hard work.”
Oldham's squad was Jasmina Jones, Lois Cowin, captain Hannah Diamond, vice-captain Amelia Hall, Grace James, Sarah Rexstraw, Molly Neville, Caitlyn Campbell, Alice McGeachy and Elia McCormick.
Hallas was joined in the management team by assistant coach Tom Nokes and team managers Sarah Barlow and Paddy Diamond.
