This year’s results represent significant milestones across the school and rank among the strongest set of GCSE results achieved by Crompton House in recent years. There have been particularly strong outcomes in English and Mathematics, with substantial numbers of students securing both standard and strong passes. Headline figures include Maths & English Grades 4 and above at 74%. Maths & English Grades 5 and above at 55%. Maths & English Grades 7 and above at 13% and GCEs marked at 4 and above at 75%.

The positive outcomes achieved by students reflect the school’s commitment to ensuring that every young person is supported to fulfil their potential.

The results are a credit to the hard work and commitment of the students, as well as the dedication of their teachers and the invaluable support provided by parents and carers.

There were many outstanding individual performances to celebrate. Among the school’s highest-achieving students were Brandon Niala, Scarlett Hilton, Joseph Ash, Jake Lawless, Jenson Reeve, Eve Sanderson, Jack Robinson, Matthew Hudson and Reuben Moore.

A significant number of Year 11 students will return to Crompton House School in September to continue their studies in the Sixth Form. The school looks forward to welcoming them back and wishes every success to those students continuing their education, training or apprenticeships elsewhere.

Mrs Susanna Hegarty, Head of School, commented:

‘I couldn’t be prouder of this year’s students. These are amongst the strongest GCSE results we have achieved at Crompton House, but for me, the numbers only tell part of the story. Behind every result is a young person who has worked hard, overcome challenges and been supported by staff who genuinely care about their success. As a Church of England school, we want our young people to flourish in every sense, and seeing them achieve so much is a very special moment. I am incredibly proud of them, and immensely grateful to the staff and families who have helped them get here.’

Karl Newell, Chief Executive Officer of Crompton House Multi-Academy Trust, said:

‘Today we have celebrated the tremendous achievements of our GCSE students. These results are a fitting reward for their hard work, determination and commitment throughout their time at Crompton House. Behind every grade is an individual story of effort, perseverance and resilience, and we are incredibly proud of what our students have achieved. The significant improvement across our headline measures is also testament to the dedication of our teaching and support staff, who have worked tirelessly to help every student achieve their very best.’
